What I liked

The care and support I had was rearlly good and could not have asked for more.

I was kept informed at all times on what was happening and why.thank you

What could be improved

Parking costs it is appaling ,

Anything else?

Again the Parking it is costing us a bomb at the moment

I understand there is a discount we could get but cant find anyone who can help with this.

Thank you for your comments. The breast surgery team were really pleased to hear you had a good experience.

Revenue generated through car parks is used for the upkeep and security of the car parks, and the remainder is ploughed directly and immediately back into frontline patient services.

Some discounts are available for parking for patients and visitors. You can either ask on the ward or contact our Travelwise department on 023 8079 4133 or email travelwise@uhs.nhs.uk
