About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as a service user),

I was recommended talk together Bromley  by my GP after battling with depression and was recommended therapy along with taking medication. After initial call I was put on waiting list and given a choice of therapy. I received counselling initially which was very good and then after relapsing received CBT Therapy which has been very helpful with controlling and living with my anxiety and depression.
The organised sessions and quiet area to talk were good. One thing that could help would be a reminder service,

I meant to say also that the reminders should be more accurate not that we don't have them. Apart from that the service has been amazing and beneficial for me.
