Noone would ever wish to enter this unit but the fact we had a baby born at 24 weeks and transferred here from st George's was positive. All staff are kind gentle and caring. Professionalism throughout and very patient. Very clean, always cleaning going on from cleaners and nurses etc in the day. Unit secure and felt at ease. Now made it to Epsom after 5 and a half months all because of your continued support and dedication. We are eternally grateful to you all for everything! Enjoy the camera purchased too; something to remember us by. You're in safe safe hands if you end up in here. Ask questions and be given clear concise answers! X
