About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I was in day surgery at queen margaret this week for a hernia operation was very anxious and scared before and I cant thank all the staff enough from the doctor mr robertson and to nurses fiona and mandy and the rest of the staff you are all angels of the nhs (a bit mad but that made me feel more relaxed) and in my opinion nurses should receive a huge payrise as the nhs would not be what it is without all you lovely people glad I got to meet you all

Its quite normal to feel anxious and scared before surgery and it looks like the team were spot on with their person centred care to make you feel relaxed.
