"Shocking aftercare"

The actual consultation and subsequent abortion appointment were very good and the nurse who treated me was lovely. However the abortion did not work (these things happen) and I discovered that there is absolutely no way to contact BPAS York. I have gone through both Unity Health AND BPAS, with promises that BPAS York will call me, but they haven’t. Extremely disappointed and shocked at their aftercare, which has ruined an otherwise faultless experience.
