I write with reference to my Diabetes Specialist community nurse, and would just like to mention how happy I am with the fantastic service provided to me.
I have struggled with Diabetes type 2 control for yours and was again referred back to Worcester Diabetes centre to help me take control last year.
My nurse reviewed my medication and started me on a fairly new drug 'Trulicity' and amended my medication.
I have now lost over 2 stone in weight (now just over 13 stone)
My weight, again something I have struggled with as well, as you can see has improved and my hba1c is now 43! (50 the time prior) and much much higher previously.
I feel so much better and no more hypo's and hyper's too!
Thank you to my Diabetes Specialist Nurse and the team for all your help and support!
Life is so much better!
You have made such a difference!
Please can you ensure the Matron is aware of her fantastic work for me please.
All the very best to my Diabetes Specialist Nurse and the team at Worcester and Evesham.
