My 83 year old, disabled grandfather unfortunately had to visit this clinic for a scan.
When he arrived at the clinic, he asked for some water (it's currently averaging around 24°C in London at the moment) - he was REFUSED a drink of water. When he asked why he wasn't allowed a drink of water he was told that the clinic didn't have the facilities... The clinic CLEARLY would have a supply of water. Absolutely DISGUSTING treatment of an elderly man in the mid-summer heat.
