I was admitted via ED on Saturday evening in excruciating pain due to gallstones. I was transferred to E16 and would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff for the faultless care I received. The ward is very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They took time to explain things to me. I had an mri carried out very quickly and the consultant came to see me to explain what was going to happen. Despite the pressure that the service is under I could not have wished for better care.
