Repeatedly had problems obtaining my repeat prescription - wrong dosage, not processed, not sent to the chemist, sent to the wrong chemist...
No-one ever apologies or acknowledges responsibility, even when I was left without important medication during my pregnancy.
Almost impossible to get through in the morning to book an appointment.
Test results rarely followed up without repeated phonecalls and investigations myself.
