The reception staff are excellent in their people skills and show professional behaviour at all times and really deserve praise.
It is my opinion that for what ever reason if you have alot of minor illnesses, you can be made to feel even if it is not meant like you are wasting a doctors precious time and that you are a nuisance. I know that doctors are under pressure, however a bit of genuine and not fake bedside manner goes along way with how a patient feels. This comment does not apply to the reception staff.
I am considering changing doctors for this reason.
