(as a service user),

Thankyou Emily for being kind and lovely and making me feel better. Emily has helped me with my mood and anxiety. She has helped me get out and about and I am now going to volunteer at a food cafe while I am finding work. I met with Emily today and bumped in to two of my old friends at the same time, it made me feel so great.

Lisa is helping me find work and I had an interview. She is helping me enrol on to a teaching and education course which would be so good for me.

They have both been so supportive and it's been nice having support from people when you feel alone.
