Firstly, thank you all for helping me with my weight problem and mobility issues. I lost 20lbs of fat, also I have COPD which my nurse tells me is much improved. Dog walking has helped me morning and afternoon, I found a rescue pup which has grown into a lovely dog to have. Good luck everyone you are in good hands and thank you once again.
