"Maternity team"

I gave birth to my son on 3rd July 2018 and cannot fault the maternity staff at the Princess Royal in Haywards Heath. The whole team were kind, caring and supportive, especially the midwife who looked after me throughout my long labour. She was very supportive and made me feel like I was doing well as a first time mum. She informed me of my pain relief choices and left it to me to decide what option to take. She also stayed with me and saw my baby being born before going off shift. The whole team were lovely especially when it was found that both myself and my baby had a infection and needed additional medication and care. The special care baby unit staff were fantastic looking after my son, especially when I couldn’t get round to feed him straight away. All the maternity staff do a fantastic job day in day out and whilst it was extremely busy when I was there looking after everyone was their top priority. I cannot thank the midwives and staff enough. Well done, you do a great job and I’m sure you don’t get thanked enough. Thanks to everyone, my son and I are doing well. Keep up the fantastic work you all do.
