"no concern for patients time or feelings."

About: Measham Medical Unit

I visited the Doctor about erectile deficiency back in march,

who informed me I needed a blood test to check Testosterone levels first.

Blood test had back two weeks later for results.

Testosterone levels were low, so I then had to wait 4 weeks before I could have another blood test to check levels again.

Five weeks later back to get my results and again my levels were low.

I was then informed that no treatment could be implemented without the Hospitals say so.

I was referred to Burton and I received an appointment for a month later.

Attended said appointment, seen the specialist who agreed I needed replacement therapy but I needed to have the injection done at the surgery and he would write the doctor a letter, he said when I receive my copy I was to make the appointment to have it done.

I received my copy a week later so rang to make an appointment and next available was three weeks later during work time, so appointment time came travelled an hour to the surgery from work to find Doctor had not bothered to read the letter or get any thing ready for my treatment.

I was told they would have to speak to senior partners about how to proceed and I would get a call later that day, so an hour back to work and got a call that afternoon to be told they wont do the injection so I will have to be referred back to the hospital who have already said they DO NOT DO THE INJECTIONS. so 4 months down the line no treatment for my condition and back to square one.

This surgery doesn't care about all the time I have had off work or my feelings as a person with this condition I would be better off just trying something off the internet as the doctors cant care less.
