I notice that Epsom and St Helier Hospitals NHS Trust respond to positive comments on this site but rarely to negative ones....

Just to let you know that we respond to all comments, both positive or negative. Sometimes it takes time for the 'technology' to let us know there's a new comment, but we always get there in the end! Sorry if it doesn't look that way.
