Repeat prescriptions used to be every 2 months, then went to every month but still re-ordered by the chemist, now I have to re-order myself. I put in a request on the 15th it is now the 19th and the Chemist has still not received the prescription from the doctors. I tried phoning at 08.45 and let the phone ring for 10 minutes but no answer. Why change something that wasn't broken.
