"Exceptional care in physiotherapy"

I have been attending physiotherapy for seven months. It has been life-changing for me. Even my family and friends have noticed! The support and advice I have received have enabled me to progress steadily. The exercises have all been very helpful and I doubt I could have maintained the momentum and positivity over so many months without the support of the physiotherapists I have seen. I have been fully involved in my care with regular opportunities for discussion, feedback and progression. Exercises and the rationale behind them were explained clearly and adapted as necessary. The variation of exercises has prevented tedium. I have appreciated the lack of judgement, but also the constructive criticism and gentle push, when I have needed it. The physiotherapists' expertise and confidence has boosted me when I found things difficult. To my amazement, I have even started to enjoy it.

I should like to thank physiotherapist for his tireless efforts on my behalf and also the lower limb group. The advice regarding future progression has been invaluable. I have achieved my targets and additional ones (such as my balance) have also improved. I feel I can now take things forward, but that I still have support if I need it. I am so very grateful for this help and professionalism in rebuilding my mobility. It is fantastic to have the lower limb group as a stepping stone to more independent rehabilitation.

I know I still have a way to go, but I believe I can get there now. I have never been 'sporty' or competent in physical pursuits and as important for me as the superb physiotherapy I have received is the discovery that this does not need to be an impediment and I can improve my strength and fitness. I cannot express how grateful I am to the physiotherapists for this realisation - it really is life-changing.

The facilities are excellent and very clean. My experience has been that timings are very punctual and that all staff members are highly professional and friendly.
