"Rude arrogant cleaner, but very nice nursing..."

What I liked

Very nice nursing staff, consultants and doctors and informative when I visited my Father there who is very ill.

What could be improved

Better cleaners that have respect for visitors and not an attitude problem.

Anything else?

The cleaner was very rude. She shunted us around the bed on our chairs and then asked us to leave for ten minutes while she cleaned, then she said I had walked over the floor she had just cleaned when I had returned to say goodbye to my Father and this infuriated me and I made a complaint against her. She was rude and arrogant. I will not tolerate this behavior and nor should anyone else have to when they are visiting a sick relative which is already very stressful and upsetting without a cleaner with an attitude problem.
