"Needed Urgent assistance"

I was offered new meds by a lady locum that had left by the time I made the decision to take them.

And despite being under huge pressure themselves, all the staff made it happen and a prescription notice was sent to my GP. Tthe meds were issued immediately. Everybody I spoke to was lovely and understanding. From the receptionist and secretaries and Duty Professionals and of course the Doctor who signed it off.

I have to report that this new medication appears to be making some positive changes to my lifestyle already. I have been getting up at 7-8am whereas I was lucky if I could raise before 11am. I have energy and for the first time in years know what a full day consists of.

Again thanks to all of you. It was a perfect example of teamwork.
