Does the NHS not have a quality control manager! Why let this surgery continue. This is not why we pay our national insurance for the the respect of disgusting service.
Probably thee worst, most rudest most unhelpful staff ever, you do realise when the phone rings it means ANSWER THE PHONE, 46 times I called once just to get an appointment, I ask every month for my prescriptions to be sent to my nominated pharmacy for delivery, yet it sits at the front desk defeating the point of having my medication delivered. Then I have to get someone to pick up my meds they then go to the boots pharmacy next door who never have anything in stock that I need. As it’s run by virgin it’s about time I make a formal complaint to virgin and show them the reviews and my call records.
