this is appalling I have a bed bound husband who is totally dependant on me. On18-07-18 from 5.15 until surgery closed phone line 6pm

I was on hold !!!!!!!what on earth is going on .My inquiry was to seek the rest of my husbands medication as the chemist has only a few of ITEMS from the request for his repeat .

The majority of his medication has to be ordered that is why I order in plenty of time now he will be with-out Items which really is not acceptable.I must state Doctors are not a issue here they are a credit to the practice but goodness me what is going on some thing must improve

Dear Madam,

I am so sorry you are upset with us and have had a problem getting through on the telephone line. I can assure you that calls were being answered right up to 18.10pm last night. We are at the moment porting over to a new telephone system and I can only think that your call got caught in the process. Please accept my sincere apology.

I am happy to give you a call and sort your husbands prescription immediately, however, you have completed this form anonymously and I have no idea who you are.

Could you please call me as soon as you pick up the message on 01743 363133 (if I am away from my desk my answerphone will connect, please leave your name and number and I will call you straight back).
