"No Complaints - Helpful Service"

I thought I'd take the time to write a positive review about the surgery.

In February this year I developed a health issue that required onward referral and ongoing medication.

Prior to diagnosis, I was able to see the doctor on the day that I called, sent off for blood tests and had the results just a couple of days later and prescribed appropriate medication.

Today, I had to call the surgery to get more tablets - the call was answered almost straight away, the person at the end of the line was polite and helpful and offered to have my repeat prescription sent to my local chemist.

I know sometimes there are minor things that could be improved in the surgery but overall I'm more than happy with the service that I've received.
