"Would not recommend"

I have been a patient of this practice for just over 2 years after moving into their catchment area.

Due to ongoing health issues, it is necessary for me to visit or phone the surgery on a regular basis.

In that time, I have never had a positive experience.

Staff are unhelpful, lack knowledge and initiative, there is no accountability for mistakes, records are inaccurate and not updated, and they do not return calls when they promise to.

All this has caused me significant stress and inconvenience, the impact of which has been disregarded by staff.

They make me feel like I am a burden to them.

My health issues have resulted in me being exposed to many good quality NHS staff, GP's and hospitals throughout the country, but sadly I could not rate Kirby Road in this category.
