"Best experience ever at A&E"

I visited the A&E at UCH on a Wednesday morning, and the entire experience was the best I've ever had at A&E. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very thorough, and I was confident I was in good hands. (It turns out I've broken my finger). The whole process of being dealt with was extremely speedy; i sat down in the waiting area at 11am, and left at 11.50am, in which time I was seen by the nurse, the relevant doctor, had an x-ray carried out, and was given the relevant care to deal with my break and information for follow-up. Highly recommend!
