"Level D , day surgery , early morning"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Urology

Had to arrive early morning for day surgery level D

Level D very badly sign written , trying to find place to go to confusing !

The level D signs that were there kept refering to "lift zones"

Nothing on my paperwork mentioning lift zones

No signs saying day surgery this way etc

Was alone very frightened nearly went home but bumped into lone staff who showed me the way

Signs are not the same as other levels and not understood very well

Please bring signage on level D to same as other levels and drop this lift Zone nonsense
