Just wanted to thank all of the staff that supported me through my labour. What an amazing team. This was my second child but first time delivering at Durham and the experience couldn’t have went better. The two midwives I had one being a second year student were absolutely Fantastic, mad eme feel in control the whole time which was not the case with my first child. Never felt rushed they were happy to help with anything and kept me laughing the whole time. I had to have an emergency c section and all of the operating staff were reassuring and chatty the whole time until my son was born.
The staff came round efficiently and often when placed into the maternity ward and wasn’t overcrowded. No noise on the night eitherZ
I heard so many bad things but my experience was 10/10 so thank you for making the end of my pregnancy great.
