"Holiday mishap"

About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance)

Following a fall whilst out walking, I found myself needing some “urgent care” at West Cornwall hospital. From the minute I arrived staff couldn’t have been more helpful. From receptionist, triage nurse, radiology and the Emergency Nurse Practioner who patched me up. Definitely lived up to Outstanding care rating. I have been an NHS Health Care Professional for 38 years and the care and professionalism I received yesterday was exemplary. Great work team. I hope you are proud of your hospital and the service it provides for the community of West Cornwall.

Thank you so much for sharing your recent experience of West Cornwall's Urgent Care Centre. I am sorry that you had cause to use their service after a fall, however, I am pleased that you had such a positive experience from the minute you arrived. It is fantastic to read that the care and professionalism you received from all staff was exemplary and that they lived up to their outstanding care rating.
