I visited a nurse for a B12 injection and I was feeling poorly as he was a male I didn't want to embarrass him by crying which is how I was feeling ...He asked all the right questions and realised that I was struggling and arranged to speak to a Doctor for me to see if I could have my injections more frequently..
within a few hours he had spoken to the Doctor and telephoned me ..The service I received was outstanding..Thank you!!
