I spoke to reception on a difficult matter concerning my father in law, who had been admitted into hospital.
He is a cater to my mother in law, who suffers from dementia.
ITeception were very discrete and did not offer any confidential information. The advice I was given was very helpful to access support through social services and also register my wife as an additional caret, to support her mother, whilst her primary career was in hospital.
This gave us access to social services and an appointment to assess and update her dementia.
Physically there is no problem, but her dementia involves short term memory loss , after herself, on her own.
