Despite only using the surgery when I really need to It is impossible to get an appointment without at least a 2 week wait As I have been undergoing tests I have obviously wanted an appointment as quick as possible to discuss the next step but this is usually at least 2 weeks away this dosnt help when you are already stressed by the tests been done. also the fact I booked an appoint a week before they then rang to cancel the day before but kept sending me texts not to be late ..And when you try to book online with systimeonline there has never been any appointments available to book .I have also found they have the wrong information about me on systemonline regarding my appointments apparently I had a smear test on the 11th june as a 60 year old male I found this quite surprising as I don't even remember been in the surgery that date seems no matter what they do regarding staff they cannot cope if they struggle now with over 7,000 patients why do they keep advertising for more patients.
