"Yearly medical review"

I have received a text message ref my annual review.

I telephoned 3 times at different times of day but no response.I was discharged from hospital following an ulcer operation and prescribed iron tablets which gave me severe side effects so i stopped taking them..I waited a week before the triage doctor called me back.A subsequent blood test showed my results as normal.APH told me i do not have type 2 diabetes.

Last year i had an operation for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome but it has not relieved the symptoms in fact it has got increasingly worse and use of my left arm has decreased.I'm sure,due to my diet,my cholesterol level will be normal.My Cellulitis in both legs is being managed with use of E45 cream which i buy myself as you prescribed the cheaper Zerocream which did not work for me.The NHS and myself are both 70 years old.

At this moment in time the NHS is not working for me so i will decline the annual health check and live day to day.
