"Driven to despair"

About: Southwood Practice

I am a diabetic , I find it almost impossible to get my medication regularly. I apparently need to see a doctor, or the clinical pharmacist, getting an appointment is virtually impossible, then I am told I need a blood test if I want a repeat prescription , but many of the walk in clinics are cancelled, sometimes at short notice , finally get a blood test then I'm told I have to have a diabetic review, but no appointments in the next 2 weeks , so I decide to try for a repeat persciption 2 days later a phone call telling me I need a diabetic review, can I come in now, but as I was working I couldn't, any attempt by me to ask why I wasn't offered that appointment is ignored, and they still can't give me an appointment on any other day, but they will give me a repeat persciption, success I think , until I get the persciption and realise it is only covers 28 days argh'!! No appointments I can book and told to come back in 2 weeks..... Stress and anxierty is not good for diabetics.... Please somebody help me get the medication I need
