Had to wait 90 minutes after painful burns but nurse explained they were short staffed that day. This happens in this line of work whatever the reason. Staff were friendly and I never saw the two nurses take a break or lunch and I was there through lunch time hours. Example of going above and beyond and working hard. Thanks and will see them tomorrow for a re-dress
