As soon as I arrived for my appointment I was welcomed by a nurse and was shown to the waiting room. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff made every effort to to make me feel at ease. I was dealt with speedily and professionally and could not have asked for better treatment. The surgeon was superb in both his manner and professionalism. I congratulate the staff of Manchester Royal Eye Hospital for the way I have been treated on my fairly frequent visits and it gives me pleasure in negating some of the bad reviews that I have read
