"The staff & hospital made my treatment and stay..."

What I liked

I was very pleased with the speed and time frame within which I was assessed & treated by the hospital. (An early Friday/nextday appointment then admited Saturday night for Sunday surgery).

Whilst in the hospital I observed the ward being constantly cleaned and staff chatting respectfully with patients both in and out of conciousness. Staff were clearly very busy and understaffed, but this did not affect their attitude to patients, or the treatment regime, they simply worked harder.

The meal I had during my stay was excellant, hot, tasty and nutritious I could have no complaints.

What could be improved

I struggle to think of any way in which my course of treatment and my stay in the hospital could have been improved.
