"Rude receptionist"

About: Eversley Medical Centre

The receptionist I spoke to today around 5pm today was very rude and unhelpful also had an attitude. she told me i shouldn't tell her how to do her job and she wasn't speaking to me with an attitude and i shouldn't speak to her with one.

An admin lady failed to call me back at 4pm today regarding a follow for numerous attempts to get ENT urgent appt. the receptionist lady said the message wasn't passed on and the member of staff already left before 4pm. we ask the receptionist to get the practice manager to call us back tomorrow.The receptionist said if the manager couldn't call me, she will call back. (No thank you!) the worst service I've ever experienced

Dear patient

First of all I would like to say once again how sorry I am that you had this experience and acknowledge your distress and inconvenience . When you visited the surgery regarding this matter we believe that practice did everything possible to expedite your referral and to ensure that you were seen by one of our GPs on the same day to ensure your immediate well being.

With regard to the receptionist who you considered to be rude and unhelpful, we are looking into this and hope that you will see improvements in the future.
