"Excellent bedside manor"

I came in on June 22nd after falling off my bike and had a messed up knee. I was seen quickly by an excellent nurse who was professional with a great sense of humour. She talked me through my options and did a great job to leave minimal scarring. She offered me the option of returning the next day for a check in if I was worried as I was still away from home. She made us both laugh while we were there and is a credit to the NHS.
