About: The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust

Went to Russels Hall Hospital yesterday, the reception staff was rude. Also waited 1 hour and a half just for x-ray results then when we come out to speak to the receptionist she was to busy talking to the other office staff so we had to stand there for 10 minutes waiting to be seen.
