"We were told to leave"

About: Lister Hospital

Absolutely disgusted by the staff who told us we weren't allowed to stay. Never before have we been told that patients aren't allowed more than two visitors. My mother, two brothers and I were visiting my nan who has been in level 10 for over a week now. As a number of nurses came through to see another patient we were told to leave as patients aren't allowed more than 2 visitors. Extremely disappointed. Furthermore, the ward held an awful odor like it needed cleaning. In this heat there was poor ventilation also. I worry for my nan's health. Especially as my nan on my mother's side passed away in the hospital after contracringe pneumonia. Would NOT recommend this hospital to other patients.
