This surgery is by for the worst surgery I have had dealings with. I am not a regular visitor to the doctors, I feel I only ask for an appointment when I have explored all other options and I feel I have never wasted anyone's valuable time.
I have called over the last 5 days to try and get an appointment and am told the same thing over and over. there are no appointments available and you have to call at 8am. I call at 8am (which when you work full time is no easy task) to be 17th in the Que (please tell me what super power I need to be 1st in the que.) and wait approximately 45 mins. to be told "there are no bookable appointments" no wonder the hospitals and walk in clinics are full, when you cant get a simple appointment with your own GP.
I will be putting in a formal complaint to the practice manager, the NHS and up to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman if I have to.
"what an absolute waste of time and recourse..."
