"Castle Breast Clinic (option didn't show this)"

Again, I have received excellent treatment from the RSCH, this time the the staff at the Breast Clinic, from the receptionist when I arrived a day early, who was sympathetic to the respectful HCA on the actual day and the Doctor at the appointment.

At the first appointment, there was no delay, at the examination, there was no rush, discussions were held in a dialogue which was tuned to the patient and not 'dumbed down', follow up tests conducted on time and radiology staff were excellent.

Well done NHS and thank you for being there.
