What I liked

Do not allow your elderly loved ones to be transferred to this hospital it is just a holding bay to send them home. They receive little or no ongoing treatment and to be called a cottage hospital is a joke. They started discharge plans for my relative after two day and did not follow and of the NHS or legal procedures to do so. My relative deteriorate hugely within one week and we were treated by Stroud Hospital “Social Services” department like people who had illegally left a broken down parked car in their car park and they insisted it be removed to the tip, and gave no advice on how this was supposed to happen. Avoid it.

What could be improved

Everything.
