Many thanks for your recent comment. Firstly I am delighted that you feel that the doctors are brilliant , but dismayed that you feel that you have been subjected to rudeness from the staff. I would be more then happy to pick this up with you around any specifics and if you are happy to do this please feel free to contact me at the practice to discuss. In the meantime I will pass this onto the staff.
