What I liked

This was my second time as a patient in this hospital (this time for the reversal of my temporary loop ileostomy, following bowel cancer surgery). Once again, I was extremely impressed by my treatment by all the staff. My surgeon arranged an early date for this operation, which was very helpful, and the surgery seems to have gone smoothly. The doctors, nursing staff and health care assistants were, as before, extremely efficient, friendly and kind. I felt that my ward (C2) was outstanding in terms of its facilities, ambience and cleanliness. My helpful liaison nurses are always available for consultation if problems arise.

What could be improved
