What I liked

Over a 3 wwek period I visited the Emergency Dept, Heart & Lung,Endoscopy and CT Scanner Departments at Torbay Hospital.. On all occasions the staff were efficient, friendly and very caring. A first class service in every way.

What could be improved

I was not aware of any problems but I will take some magazines to the Scanner waiting area as when I was there was very little reading matter (this is so unimportant in the way treatment is provided I feel guilty mentioning it....)
