I recently read online about the negative feedback your hospital received by patients.

I want to take this opportunity to offer nothing but praise for all your staff. I received treatment following cancer at the William Harvey Hospital and the kindness and professionalism of your staff made a very sad episode in my life more bearable.

I am pleased to report that my health goes from strength to strength and it is down to your staff and hospital.

Once again, my sincere gratitude to your staff. Without them, I wouldn't be here.
