"Mrs EG Garratt Home Visit 8/5"

I have always received excellent service from the receptionists and doctors at this surgery. My 95 year old mum is totally housebound and my brother, who has a nervous stutter, is her carer, so if there is anything wrong with my mum, it is up to me to sort out appointments and phone calls. On Monday, my brother was concerned about a possible lesion on her face that wouldnt heal up. I called and and was reassured that she would either be visited or a phone call would be made to my brother. I was treated with care and concern and sure enough, a doctor came over to see her that day and was able to reassure her and my brother. I have had many occasions to call this surgery over the last few years and I have always been treated with respect and no matter how busy they must have been, my mum has been helped and treated. This is mainly to the professional and caring staff that I have spoken to and the obvious recognition of my mums disabilities.

I want to say thank you for Monday, the other occasions and the occasions in the future that I am sure I will be calling on your help
