(as a service user),

We have has just been informed that Rowlands (STOKE ROAD, GOSPORT) Chemist will only be open from 9-11 SAT 7 July.

The Pharmacist has already changed their opening hours from 9-5 to 9-1. 

It is purely by chance that the user  attended the hub and was informed that Rowlands would be closing early this Saturday. Had he NOT attended there would not have been a way to contact him to let him know, and then he would have missed one day's medication

I am sorry to hear that you were not aware of the chemist changing their opening hours. Unfortunately we have no control over change of opening hours but I would like to reassure you that we will make every effort to contact our service users if we become aware of a change to minimise the risk of service users missing their medication.
