"Failed procedure"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

The technician was unfriendly and unwelcoming. They failed to perform my procedure competently which meant that I had to have a second more invasive procedure within 48 hours and was exposed to a high level of radiation unnecessarily. I was not treated with dignity or respect and was not kept informed during my procedure. Rather than trying to reperform the initial procedure, I was rushed into a decision as to whether or not to go ahead with the second procedure with no explanation.
