This practise has been taken over by the ruby medical group. Such a shame as used to be lovely and friendly almost family, now you are just a number. Waiting for a booked apt takes an hour, so take your lunch. They don't listen have no interest in the patient.
So many people have changed surgery it takes a months for records to be transferred from Stratton to the other practice in town.
